*The cost of the design of the web site must be paid in full before any further work is conducted
*If a customer is not happy with the design that Small Bytes comes up with and decides to terminate work all together the customer will be liable for 50% of the total design cost
**Typing is charged per page and therefore if a customer requests we type half a page of text the customer will be charged for a full page
***Graphic Creation includes but is not limited to, original creations, scanning of hard copy graphics, modifying existing digitised graphics

With all the web sites we design and build we offer our customers, what we have playfully named our UMP. The UMP stands for Update and Maintenance Program. For an additional outlay of $500 per year we will undertake all updates that need to be done to your web site and carry out any general maintenance to the site, all you have to do is send us the information you want placed on your site tell us where it has to go and that's it.

In addition to us carrying out all your updates and any maintenance if you host your site with us we will provide you with quarterly reports on your web site so you can see whether or not your investment is paying off and find out possible places to target your advertising.
